SPG (Salt Pepper Garlic)
1 cup Morton’s kosher salt
1 cup Butcher & Packer 14 mesh black pepper
½ cup granulated garlic
½ cup dry onion
- Combine ingredients and generously coat (about 1 tablespoon per pound) beef, pork, or chicken, within 30 minutes to 24 hours before grilling. Store in an airtight container in your pantry or cupboard for up to one year.
