SPG (Salt Pepper Garlic)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Morton’s kosher salt

  • 1 cup Butcher & Packer 14 mesh black pepper

  • ½ cup granulated garlic

  • ½ cup dry onion

Directions

  • Combine ingredients and generously coat (about 1 tablespoon per pound) beef, pork, or chicken, within 30 minutes to 24 hours before grilling. Store in an airtight container in your pantry or cupboard for up to one year.
