Make This Sparkling Cocktail for Valentine’s Day in the Hudson Valley

Here’s a lovely effervescent cocktail from Milea Estate Vineyard’s general manager Russell Moss. He recommends jazzing up their Hudson Valley Vineyards Right Bank Brut Cuvée with Rhinebeck-based C. Cassis blackcurrant liqueur.   • C. Cassis black currant liqueur

Directions

  • Fill a chilled Champagne flute with 4 ½ oz. Brut Cuvée. Add ½ oz. liqueur, or to taste, and enjoy.
