Thirsty, anyone? Allan’s Mediterranean Bar and Grill serves up this fruity drink with pineapple and mango, perfect for summer sips.

We’re all familiar with the classic martini: gin or vodka, a little bit of vermouth, garnished with olive or lemon, depending on your personal preference. For summertime, though, we prefer something a little sweeter and fruit-filled. Warm weather calls for tropical cocktails, right?

Of all the signature flavors of summer, we can’t get enough of this mango pineapple martini from Allan’s Mediterranean in Orange County. The drink combines pineapple and mango (how could you go wrong?) for a beverage you’ll want to sip from your lawn chair all June, July, and August long.

As if that’s not enough, the drink pairs perfectly with the signature flavors of the summertime. Grilling up some barbecue? The citrusy-sweet nature of this cocktail cuts through the heavier flavors of comfort food. Or perhaps you’d prefer to fill up on street corn salad laden with jalapeño peppers—in this case, the saccharine sips help fend off the pepper’s heat.
