3 Delicious Autumn Cocktails to Start the Season Right


Impress your guests – or yourself – with fall-themed drinks that embrace cozy flavors like cinnamon, honey, and maple syrup.

With the tastes of fall (and a bit of something for us adults), these fall cocktails will add the perfect twist to any autumnal party, or just warm you up on a cool fall night.

Punkin’ Gin Fashioned


The Botanist Gin 1.5 oz.
Dry Vermouth .25 oz.
Maple Syrup .25 oz.
Orange Bitters 2 dashes
Orange peel and cinnamon stick for garnish


In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients with large ice cubes.

Strain into rocks glass over large ice cubes.

Express orange peel over and garnish with cinnamon stick.

Fallen Gimlet


The Botanist Gin 1.5 oz.
Fresh lime juice .75 oz.
Honey syrup .75 oz.
Fresh sage 4 leaves


In a shaker, add all ingredients with ice.

Shake and strain into chilled Collins glass.

Garnish with fresh sage.

Leaf Behind


The Botanist Gin 1.5 oz.
Cointreau .5 oz.
Lemon Ginger Tea 1 bag
Earl Grey Tea 1 bag
Fresh lemon juice .5 oz.
Angostura bitters 1 dash
Orange wheel and star anise for garnish


Steep tea for 10 minutes in tea cup and remove tea bags.

Add in remaining ingredients and stir.

Garnish with orange wheel and star anise.
