Drunken Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
½ cup bourbon
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup maple syrup
â…“ cup yellow mustard
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
Pinch of salt and pepper
Sriracha, to taste
Directions
- Pour bourbon into a small saucepan over medium heat and reduce by half. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and stir until sauce tightens up and coats the back of a spoon, about 4–5 minutes. Yields about 2 cups. Store in refrigerator for up to 2–3 weeks.
