This delicious spin on the classic Old-Fashioned was perfected by Crown Maple founder Robb Turner.
1 oz Crown Maple Dark Amber Syrup
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
2 orange wedges
2 lemon wedges
2 oz bourbon
Stemmed maraschino cherry
Pour the maple syrup into an old-fashioned glass. Saturate with bitters, then squeeze in juice from one orange wedge and one lemon wedge.
Add remaining wedges, press with a pestle, add bourbon, and stir well.
Add ice cubes, fill with sparkling water, and stir again.
Pour and garnish with the cherry.
