Make These Coconut Macaroons With the Kids

When you need a cookie recipe that comes together in no time at all, macaroons are a saving grace. This version relies on six ingredients, all of which are likely already in your pantry. Even easier, one batch is done in 10-15 minutes, which means that you can pop a tray in the oven before dinner and have dessert ready to go before you take your last bite.

Coconut Macaroons

5 ½ cups flaked coconut
One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp kosher salt
1 egg
¼ cup almond flour


Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Form into desired cookie size. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cook a little longer for desired coconut crispiness!
