Located in a refurbished building in Newburgh’s Downing Park, cozy and casual Shelter House Café dishes up a lunch menu of soup, salads, and sandwiches, plus coffee drinks. Current fave: curried chicken salad on a toasted baguette. Brunch is in the works. 845.762.5842
