The restaurant — whose name comes from Positano, Italy, Chef Tony Criscuolo’s family’s hometown on the Amalfi coast — has been run by the same executive chef since 1984. You can layer any Sicilian pie with regular or specialty toppings, but be sure to take a peek at the Stuffed Sicilian options — they’re colossal. Take the Roman Stuffed Sicilian, for instance: potatoes, pepperoni, sausage, onions, and cheese, all sandwiched between two dense crusts.
