Now Open for Business: Kitchen Sink Food and Drink in Beacon

A Dutchess County native has returned to the Valley, bringing with him farm-to-table temptations

A true Valleyite has returned home and brought with him his farm-to-table culinary creations. Brian Arnoff is the chef and owner of Kitchen Sink Food & Drink in Beacon, and, even after honing his culinary skills in Italy, and opening CapMac — a popular DC-based macaroni and cheese food truck — the Dutchess County native knew he was destined to return to the Valley.

Now back on his home turf, Chef Arnoff opened for business in August, showcasing a menu rooted in locally sourced ingredients and produce plucked straight from his family business, Truckload Farm and Orchard in Hyde Park. The seasonal menu changes regularly, and dishes are influenced by family recipes and his travels.

Diners have been known to enjoy everything from lamb-stuffed eggplant to chilled red-curry mussels and latkes. Don’t miss out on Fried Chicken Monday, served up with all the fixings.
