Kioan Song first made a name for himself in Korea, as the chef of a restaurant called Chosun Morning. Stateside, his food was just as big a hit at Fishkill favorite, Sushi Ya. Now the Japanese restaurant has moved from the Shop Rite Plaza to Route 52 and morphed into Domo Sushi, a laid back, takeout-centric destination for vegetable gyoza and Beauty Rolls topped with spicy yellowtail, mango, avocado, cucumber, tobiko and soybean paper. Massive to-go platters, laden with spicy salmon and Alaskan rolls, come to the rescue of spontaneous shindigs.
