The CIA graduate opened the kitchen and bar 14 & Hudson last year with his wife, Paula Clemente Woods. The duo dish out New American meals, like Korean steak bao buns and the fan-favorite Baja fish taco. The funky, feel-good atmosphere welcomes patrons for breakfast and lunch with whimsically named (mostly after pop and rock songs) menu options like the “Born to be Wild” breakfast burrito and the “Don’t Stop Believing” grilled chicken sandwich.
