Collar City Cold Pressed
Troy
Collar City Cold Pressed started as a small-scale vendor at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market, where local growers and farms would bring founder Jessica Garrity fresh fruits and vegetables that she would use to make juices to order. Now, Collar City Cold Pressed has taken up permanent residence at 137 2nd St. in Troy, but Garrity still values the business’s origins. Collar City’s whole operation is zero-waste, and any of the juices found on the shelves were bottled less than 24 hours ago. Additionally, 60-90 percent (dependent on season) of Collar City’s produce is sourced locally, so you can feel good about supporting small business and local farms when you run in to grab a juice the next time you’re passing by.
