Planning a Halloween party at home in the Hudson Valley this year? Ditch the punch and try these crafty cocktails — courtesy of Ketel One — instead.
Kiss of Fire
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz ruby red grapefruit juice
¼ oz bourbon
1 oz Ketel One Oranje
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with orange slices.
Midnight Rain
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
¼ oz yellow French herbal liqueur
½ oz elderflower liqueur
½ oz fresh lime juice
3 blueberries (plus some for spear garnish)
3 blackberries (plus some for spear garnish)
Lightly muddle 3Â blueberries and 3Â blackberries in a cocktail shaker.
Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a spear of mixed berries.

¼ oz Ketel One Citroen
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz maple syrup
3 dashes aromatic bitters
½ oz Belgian-style white ale
Combine first four ingredients in a mixing glass.
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with white ale.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
