1 jigger gin
½ oz elderflower liqueur
½ oz house-made ginger simple syrup
1 jigger fresh pink or red grapefruit juice
Suggested garnish:
Candied grapefruit wedge or fresh grapefruit twist

1 jigger vanilla vodka
½ oz ginger liqueur
1 jigger pear nectar
½ oz house-made rosemary simple syrup
Splash of fresh lime juice
