Flours Pasta & Bakeshop

After honing her craft in pasta-making in Bologna, Italy, owner of Flours Pasta and Bakeshop Sofia Todisco started her own food business, Sofia’s Feast. Her business offered fresh pasta, sauces, and ready-made meals at farmers’ market around the Valley, but she ultimately closed the door on that endeavor to start her new café and shop. Flours Pasta and Bakeshop offers fresh pasta, baked goods, coffee, and much more in Haverstraw, and products are also available at farmers’ markets in Beacon and Piermont.
