New to Kingston as of 2023, Fletcher & Lu is a delicatessen inspired by old-world traditions of “traiteur-charcuterie.” The provisions shop serves fresh meats, cheeses, and, of course, pastas on the daily. At this corner store, you’ll find ricotta cavatelli, rigatoni, tagliatelle, and ricotta and squash ravioli to take home and chef up in the kitchen. Although these are the current offerings, Fletcher & Lu changes its options with the seasons, so stay tuned for what’s to come in the spring.

After honing her craft in pasta-making in Bologna, Italy, owner of Flours Pasta and Bakeshop Sofia Todisco started her own food business, Sofia’s Feast. Her business offered fresh pasta, sauces, and ready-made meals at farmers’ market around the Valley, but she ultimately closed the door on that endeavor to start her new café and shop. Flours Pasta and Bakeshop offers fresh pasta, baked goods, coffee, and much more in Haverstraw, and products are also available at farmers’ markets in Beacon and Piermont.
