Miller, one of only 61 Certified Master Chefs in the nation, pulls out all the stops to create an aesthetically pleasing gustatory experience at his eponymous downtown Albany restaurant. The artfully designed dining room is done up in colors (peppercorn, vanilla, cider) that are suggestive of food. And the dishes themselves — such as this spicy sesame-crusted ahi tuna with pineapple salsa and tamarind barbecue kim chee — are as stunning to look at as they are to taste.
