A new offering from a Brewster restaurant, a donut shop in Beacon, and a barbecue haven in Newburgh spice up the region this month.
Embodying the restaurant’s emphasis on local sourcing, The Pantry at Clock Tower Grill launched last fall. Peaceful Provisions will be coming to Beacon. A GoFundMe campaign is raising money to help with the move, which will be the first brick-and-mortar storefront for the ethereal vegan donut shop.
Open in Newburgh since November is Handsome Devil BBQ, co-owned by award-winning pitmaster Ed Randolph. The menu features barbecue classics, like smoked brisket and St. Louis ribs, homemade sausages, collards, Carolina cole slaw, banana pudding, and pecan hand pies. 3 Corwin Ct, Newburgh
