At Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. founder Scott Vaccaro’s adjacent Elmsford distillery, the lineup includes a lengthy list of spirits (whiskies, gin, grappa, and more) and canned cocktails. The historic winery blends red wine with real fruit juice to create its popular version of the Spanish sipper, with hints of orange, tangerine, lime, and strawberry. The vineyard also cans its #Bae brand Riesling.
