Ingredients
1 oz. Farmer’s gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Carpano Antica vermouth
½ oz. blood orange syrup (can be store bought, like Torani or Monin)
1 sprig of rosemary, torched (instructions below)
Directions
- Combine the first four ingredients in a rocks glass. Stir, then add ice. In a separate heat-safe glass, light the rosemary sprig on fire and immediately cover the top with a glass or heat-safe dish, allowing smoke to fill the glass. Carefully add the torched rosemary to the cocktail and enjoy.
