Farm Table, run by Chef Gianni Iacono and his wife, Dawn Breeze, bumps the farm-to-table sensibility up a notch. This mom-and-pop business makes nutritious, delicious meals that emphasize Valley-sourced seasonal ingredients and delivers them weekly to regional customers. Born and raised in Sicily, Iacono moved to New York City in 1999 before heading upstate to Hudson. Locavores hail the main dishes, but praise peaks for Farm Table’s tiramisu, now sold at outlets including Otto’s Market in Germantown, the Hudson Farmers Market, Migliorelli Farm Stands in Red Hook and Rhinebeck, and Adams Fairacre Farms.
