Get cozy at this cocktail bar with in-house crafted bar food and yummy cocktails. Huckleberry serves tartines, an open faced sandwich with three variations — arugula pesto with smoked gouda and shaved brussel sprouts; a housemade citrus whipped ricotta with fresh fruit on top; and an avocado, arugula, and cherry tomato. Brunch selections vary each week at Main Course with their healthy yet incredibly delicious options. Some of their plates include eggs benedict with the choice of the traditional version including nitrate-free bacon, the main course featuring salmon and spinach, and vegetable option with spinach, mushrooms, and peppers. If eggs isn’t your go-to brunch favorite, there’s a bunch of sweet treats like brioche French toast or housemade blueberry crepes with whipped cream. Brunch is served on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Main Street Bistro doesn’t have a brunch menu, but it does offer a bomb breakfast and lunch that is served all day! A popular favorite is the breakfast special — two eggs any style, home fries and whole-wheat toast for only $1.95 (in-house price). Or try the Kiki’s Breakfast Stir Fry with scrambled eggs, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, and cheese over home fries and a side of toast.

Have a beautiful brunch with friends or family on top of the mountain. Mohonk’s buffet brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The menus for Saturday and Sunday offer different variations.
There’s something for everyone to choose from assorted scones, croissants, hot waffles with jam, a sirloin carving station to a market fresh salad station. Mohonk requires a reservation for all dining. To make a dining reservation as a day guest, view the day guest packages. Work off the brunch with a hike along the trails or take in the sights afterwards.
10 Main St, New Paltz (In Water Street Market)
Breakfast and lunch is served all day, every day except Tuesdays; but still serves coffee, tea, and other drinks every day. Mudd Puddle uses free range eggs from Feather Ridge Farm in Elizaville. Try James’ breakfast sandwich with two eggs, bourbon bacon, and smoked gouda topped with balsamic caramelized red onions. For lunch, give it a go with soups, stews, chilis, salads, paninis, or wraps.
10 Main St #327, New Paltz
The Parish uses local ingredients and the menu has a New Orleans influence and southern touch with gator bites tossed in a cajun spice, shrimp and grits, and traditional gumbo with chicken, sausage, and okra over steamed rice. There’s also steak and eggs or chicken and biscuits with gravy. Brunch is served on Sunday and Monday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with live music.
