This Autumn Spritz Is a Must for Fall in the Hudson Valley

Move over Aperol Spritz, it’s the season for Autumn Spritz. We are toasting the crisp fall weather with this refreshing, flavor-packed cocktail created by Mill House Brewing Company (it’s one of their top-sellers, by the way). The secret ingredient is Rockey’s Botanical—a blend of green apple, pineapple, teas, and citrus. Cheers!

Autumn Spritz

Serves one

Ingredients:
  • ½ oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur
  • ½ oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3 dashes Angostura orange bitters
  • Prosecco
  • Orange peel for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add ingredients directly into the glass and stir.
  3. Top off with prosecco and garnish with orange peel.
