Angry Orchard Apple Cider Headquarters (Finally!) Opens in Walden

Cheers, Hudson Valley! The much-anticipated grand opening of Angry Orchard has arrived

Angry Orchard hard cider has officially established itself in the Hudson Valley! As one of the most popular brands of hard cider in the country, it found a perfect home for its new state-of-the-art cidery on the site of an apple orchard in Walden. The new location officially opens its doors to the public on Friday, November 6.

Angry Orchard, which has been building its new cidery for months, plans to take full advantage of the region’s blooming cider culture. The site will be used for small batch experimentation, employing a wide variety of apples from the orchard itself. Visitors of all ages will be able to tour the cidery to learn about the cider-making process, and for those over 21, even sample exclusive batches.

The orchard is open to the public on very limited dates during the month of November, as the location finishes establishing its headquarters, researching techniques for cider-making, and brewing new varieties for the brand.

It will be open for visitors on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from November 6 through November 22 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. except on opening day, which will be from 1 to 5 p.m.
