Agriturismo, which means “farm vacation” in Italian, takes that term to heart. Owner and head chef Mark Strausman combines his international training (he has worked in five-star restaurants in Germany, Switzerland, Amsterdam, Italy, and Manhattan) with produce and meats from numerous Valley farms to create his meals — including this sauteéd octopus, calamari, and littleneck clam entreé with garlic, olive oil, and tomatoes.
