Steep Butterfly Pea flowers in 2 cups of boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Watch as the water turns a beautiful shade of sky blue then strain the tea. Pour 2 oz tea in a container and refrigerate until needed. Pour remainder of liquid into an ice cube tray. Freeze until completely solid (overnight).

Simple Syrup: Boil one cup of water and one cup of sugar, and let cool.

Ingredients for Lemonade:

2 oz club soda

2 oz Butterfly Pea tea

1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

1 oz grenadine, optional

Instructions for Lemonade: In a Highball glass, add 4-6 magic ice cubes. Add simple syrup and club soda. Use a spoon to slowly layer Butterfly Pea tea on top of soda. Finally, add lemon juice in small drops and watch as the tea at the top changes from blue, to purple, to pink. Stir and enjoy.
