COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols

We are receiving lots of questions in regards to what safety measures & protocols will be in place for our in-person events. We are closely monitoring the state guidelines as they are updated and we feel that we will be able to successfully hold a safe and successful in-person event.

We understand your concerns regarding public health & safety as things change every week. New York has made great progress in dealing with the virus and the last thing we want to do is jeopardize that progress. We will adhere to the following protocols and we expect our guests to respect them as well. We can’t wait to see you all again!

To ensure a safe environment for all attendees & participants, we’ll be implementing extra precautions:

• ALL attendees MUST show Proof of Vaccination OR Negative COVID-19 Test within 48 hours of the event they are attending. Proof of Vaccination is accepted by showing their New York Excelsior Pass OR Vaccination Card with Proper Identification. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Capacity will be limited
• Masks are optional for all vaccinated attendees & mandatory for unvaccinated attendees
• If you are feeling ill or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 (found here), we ask that you stay home.

As state protocols and recommendations change, we’ll adjust event plans to ensure accordance.
