Virtual Women’s Circle: The Body-Mind Connection Workshop

Experience a 60-90 minute workshop + sacred Sister Circle.
This intimate event, with a limit of 8 participants, includes:
– Lesson and introduction to the connection between mind/body/spirit and how it manifests physical symptoms + intuitively establishing the emotional cause of symptoms in order to begin healing
– Sharing via Guided Discussion
– Meditation and Yin Yoga
