Chef’s Collective presents, a Spring Menu Series

We are featuring a spring menu series led by David Israelow (available dates 3/27, 3/28, 4/17, 4/18). Reserve now!
David will be preparing seasonal tasting menu featuring wild spring vegetables, local meat, dairy and fish. He will be foraging for wild vegetables and working with farmers to find the best products available.
David Israelow is based in New York City. He has spent time cooking in restaurants and pop-ups in the US, Japan, and India. He recently completed a farming apprenticeship in the Hudson Valley. In 2018 he won the World Washoku Challenge, held in Tokyo. David is a graduate of the International Culinary Center and the Tokyo Sushi Academy. He is currently producing a documentary “Anatomy of a Meal,” (teaser)
