When Jim and Gina Sullivan bought the fire-gutted iconic King’s Court Hotel in 2013, we knew it was in good hands. The couple — whose company, James J. Sullivan Corporation, has been transforming buildings in the city since 2010 — went beyond our wildest dreams with the project. This mixed-used space, which opened in May 2018, is home to 49 apartments (with features like exposed brick and original wood beams); King’s Court Brewing Company; 1915 Wine Cellar; Café 40 and Co. (a coffeehouse/gift shop); and the Gallery 40 exhibit space. To top it off, you can walk to the train station in just 20 minutes.
