“The most noticeable and biggest improvement is that we’ve taken out the parking lot in front of the main building and added a huge new beginner area,” says Windham’s Communications Manager Randy Holden. Another big change? The replacement of cumbersome tow ropes and lifts with airport-style “magic carpets,” which whisk you to the top.
