What’s special: On more than 670 wooded acres, Seaview, a Dolce Resort, is eight miles from Atlantic City and is southern New Jersey’s only golf-and-spa resort. Personally, I liked that you can venture into Atlantic City but you don’t have to stay there. The resort offers 36 championship holes and is home to the ShopRite LPGA Classic. The Donald Ross-designed Bay Course runs along Reeds Bay and has a Scottish feel. The Pines Course, a traditional layout, is set among Jersey pines. An Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa has a full menu of treatments. You can also enjoy indoor and outdoor pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
