Wedding Transportation: Booking a Limousine For Your Wedding Day

What steps should you take when booking a limousine for your wedding day?

The Wedding Guru says: First off, whatever car you choose, make sure there’s plenty of room for you to get in and out comfortably. Once inside, you want to be able to spread out your gown so as not to crush it. A test run (and a look inside the types of vehicles you’re considering) will avoid unexpected problems on your wedding day.

I also advise that you suit the style of the vehicle to the style of your wedding. A stretch limo is fine for a traditional wedding, but would be a poor match for a backyard barbecue!

Lastly, but most importantly: look and book early, so you don’t get closed out of the company you want to work with. Check references, ask about what the driver will wear, and confirm the number of hours you will have use of the vehicle.
