Pears with Brie and Maple Syrup (Recipe)
It’s maple syrup season! Here’s one of the Accidental Foodie’s favorite recipes:
- Slice some crusty bread into rounds
- Top each one with a slice of ripe pear and a slice of Brie
- Place on a baking sheet in a 350-degree oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts
- Pour maple syrup on top and serve as an appetizer or dessert. Or both.
